Dear Parents,
God has blessed me with the privilege of serving Him as the principal of Saints Francis & Clare Catholic School. The future of our church depends on the formation of our youth in an environment where they are shaped to make God known, loved, and served.
Gospel values are central to our student learning experience. The staff is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment that challenges students to achieve academic excellence. Our students are active, engaged learners surrounded by a culture of caring, passionate teachers.
Our students are taught that lifelong learning is essential, and this is modeled by our entire faculty. Our staff practices regular, ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with instructional best practices. In addition, we are committed to a 21st century school community; therefore, we embrace technology as a necessary tool to prepare students for the demands of their future academic and work environments.
Certainly, parents are the primary educators of their children. We are honored with the responsibility given us to assist in this mission. The support of our parents creates a true partnership in building God’s kingdom through the children. This partnership also helps to reinforce our school-wide goal to continue building a strong Catholic foundation centered on Christ.
We are experiencing exciting times at Saints Francis & Clare Catholic School. Our recent building addition has paved the way for us to grow our ministry and continue to offer a high quality education. It is a true joy for me to help create and foster a vibrant Catholic school culture.
Mrs. Betty Popp
Principal
Saints Francis & Clare’s School Ministry exists to serve children from preschool through 8th grade. Our Catholic identity and academic excellence are the core of our 21st Century curriculum that prepares our students to be leaders and innovators in a global society. Our nurturing and safe environment enables children to share their gifts that fulfill our vision to know, love, and serve God. We embrace the words of one of our patron saints, Francis of Assisi: “Start by doing what is necessary, then what is possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.
